Legal information

Accessibility statement

Includy is committed to making its website accessible, in line with French law (article 47 of law 2005-102) and the RGAA accessibility framework. For a platform dedicated to inclusion, this is more than an obligation: it is a matter of consistency.

Compliance status

includy.fr has not yet undergone an RGAA compliance audit: it is therefore deemed non-compliant within the meaning of the framework until that audit is carried out. An audit is planned [quarter to be specified]; this statement will be updated with its results and the correction plan.

Built in from the start

  • Semantic page structure, hierarchical headings, skip link to main content.
  • Colour contrasts checked (AA level) for text and interface components.
  • Full keyboard navigation, visible focus, menus and accordions usable without a mouse.
  • Forms with explicit labels and error messages linked to fields and announced to screen readers.
  • Respect for the system "reduce motion" preference.
  • Atkinson Hyperlegible typeface, designed to improve legibility, and scalable text sizes.
  • Mandatory alternative text for every published image.

Feedback and contact

If you have difficulty accessing content or a feature, write to contact@includy.fr describing the problem and the page concerned. We will reply and offer an accessible alternative.
