What data, and why
Contact and request forms
When you fill in a form (company need, partner, talent, contact), we collect the information you enter: identity, professional contact details, organisation, role, nature of your request and free-text message.
- Purpose: answer your request, offer a conversation and, for companies and partners, present our services.
- Legal basis: your consent (tick box) and, for professional requests, our legitimate interest in answering a solicitation.
- Retention: 3 years from the last contact, then deletion.
- Recipients: the Includy team only. No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
We do not request and do not wish to receive any health data through this website, nor any information about the nature of a disability.
Audience measurement and cookies
We use a cookie-free audience measurement tool that collects no data allowing you to be identified. The website only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising or third-party cookies.
Hosting and security
Data is hosted by OVH SAS in a data centre located in the United Kingdom. The UK benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision (Article 45 GDPR), which recognises a level of personal data protection equivalent to that of the European Union. Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to received requests is restricted to individually authenticated team members.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@includy.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
