Your employment obligation, turned into an action plan
From 20 employees, 6% of your workforce in France must be workers recognised under the employment obligation. Includy helps you meet it with concrete actions, executed with you — and do better than a contribution line on your declaration.
What we do for you
Four levers, one point of contact
Each lever acts on your employment obligation. Together they form an inclusion policy your teams can own.
- Starting point
OETH diagnosis
We read your declaration with you and translate your contribution into concrete levers: what it represents, why, and how to transform it.
- Review of your situation and headcount
- Simulation of the contribution and possible deductions
- Prioritised twelve-month action plan
- One meeting, one clear document to share internally
- Core of the offer
Supported recruitment
Profiles qualified on their skills and adjustment needs, introduced by a human — not another CV database.
- Expertise in invisible disabilities and neurodiversity
- Job ads rewritten into clear, achievable tasks
- Managers prepared before day one
- Onboarding follow-up at one, three and six months
- Deductible from your contribution
Inclusive procurement
Outsourcing to adapted companies, sheltered workshops or self-employed workers with a disability reduces your contribution, within the limits set by regulation.
- Suppliers identified in your area
- Built on Le Marché de l’inclusion and existing networks
- Deduction file prepared for your declaration
- Service quality follow-up
- So that it lasts
Awareness and training
Companies’ main fear is not cost: it is doing it wrong. We prepare your managers and teams, concretely.
- Awareness workshops tailored to your context
- Manager training on onboarding and adjustments
- Onboarding kit for teams
- Some actions are deductible when delivered by a specialised organisation

Estimate your contribution in thirty seconds
An indicative estimate, before deductions, to size the issue. The Includy diagnosis then refines the calculation with your real data.
Every euro of that contribution can fund an inclusion action. Ask for a personalised reading of your situation.

Frequently asked questions
What companies ask us
What is the French disability employment obligation (OETH)?
Every company with at least 20 employees in France must employ recognised disabled workers up to 6% of its workforce. Below that rate, it pays an annual contribution, collected with social contributions and transferred to Agefiph.
The obligation can be met through direct employment, and the contribution reduced through outsourcing to adapted companies, sheltered workshops and self-employed workers with a disability, as well as through certain deductible expenses.
How is the contribution calculated?
For each missing beneficiary, the company pays 400, 500 or 600 times the hourly minimum wage depending on its size (under 250, 250 to 749, 750 employees and more). If no action has been taken for more than three years, the amount rises to 1,500 times the hourly minimum wage.
Our simulator gives an order of magnitude in thirty seconds; the Includy diagnosis refines it with your real data and deductions.
Which expenses reduce the contribution?
- Subcontracting, supply or service contracts with adapted companies, sheltered workshops or self-employed workers with a disability, within regulatory limits.
- Certain deductible expenses, capped at 10% of the contribution: accessibility, job retention, support and awareness services delivered by a specialised organisation, partnerships under conditions.
Rules change regularly; we check them with you and, when needed, with your accountant.
Is Includy a recruitment agency or a job board?
Neither. Includy is a co-pilot: we diagnose, we plan, we execute with you. Supported recruitment is one lever, alongside inclusive procurement and awareness training. And unlike a job board, every profile we introduce has been met and qualified by a support worker.
How much does it cost?
We are building the offer with our first partner companies so that it is fair and readable. The principle: an annual price based on company size, designed to stay below the cost of a single missing beneficiary, plus a success fee on hires.
Would you like to be one of the pilot companies? Write to us: conditions are favourable and you help shape the service.
How do you protect the people you introduce?
We never collect the nature of a disability, only skills and functional adjustment needs, with the person’s explicit consent. The person decides what to disclose to the employer. Data is minimised and hosted by OVHcloud, a European provider, in line with the GDPR and the CNIL recruitment guide.
