Our approach

Making visible the skills the market does not see

Includy was born in the field, from supporting people with invisible disabilities in their job search. Two observations: companies want to do the right thing but have neither the time nor the tools; talents have skills that processes fail to read.

Our mission

Bridging two worlds that do not speak the same language

On one side, companies subject to an employment obligation they often experience as a tax, for lack of tools and contacts. On the other, people whose skills are real but poorly read by recruitment processes designed for others.

Includy helps companies meet their inclusion and employment-obligation challenges by facilitating the sustainable recruitment of talents with specific needs, inclusive procurement and awareness training — on a single platform, with human support.

We measure our success by placements that last, not by the number of introductions.

« Making visible the people our socio-economic system does not really see. »

Our principles

Six non-negotiable principles

  • 01

Technology to search, humans to decide

Tools save time; no decision about a person is made by an algorithm. No scoring, no automatic ranking of candidates.

  • 02

    Talents never pay

Access is free for people and for the organisations that support them. It is a condition of attractiveness and an ethical line.

  • 03

    Skills first

We talk about achievable tasks and adjustment needs, never about diagnoses. Disclosing a recognition remains the person’s choice.

  • 04

    Minimal data, European host

Explicit consent, collection limited to what is necessary, short retention, hosted by OVHcloud. Never the nature of a disability.

  • 05

    Connected to what exists

Agefiph, Cap emploi, France Travail, Le Marché de l’inclusion, networks of adapted companies and sheltered workshops: we build on public schemes rather than duplicating them.

  • 06

    Results that last

Onboarding follow-up at one, three and six months; manager preparation; shared annual review. Durability is the criterion.

Where we stand

A company under construction, with you

Includy is in its launch phase. We are meeting companies, support organisations, suppliers and talents to build a genuinely useful offer before writing a single unnecessary line of code.

The first pilot companies start in early 2027: diagnosis, action plan, one supported hire, one inclusive purchase, one awareness workshop — delivered by hand, with close follow-up. What we learn from these pilots shapes the platform.

Would you like to be part of it, as a company, partner or talent? We would be glad to talk.
