Talents
Your skills first. The rest is your call.
Includy introduces your profile to companies ready to adapt the role, and supports you before, during and after. Visible or invisible disability, neurodiversity: what matters is what you can do. It is free, and will stay free.
Our commitments
What we guarantee you
Free, always
No fees, no commission based on you. Companies fund the service; the person is never the product.
You decide what you disclose
We never ask about the nature of your disability. We talk about skills and, if you wish, adjustments. Disclosing a recognition to the employer remains your choice.
Realistic roles
We work with companies so that tasks are clear, adjustments anticipated and managers prepared before you arrive.
A human before, during and after
A support worker follows you from the first conversation to the first months in the job. No robot, no automatic screening.
The journey
Four steps, at your pace
- 1
A first conversation
By phone, video or in writing: you tell us what you are looking for, we explain how we work.
No commitment
- 2
Your profile, skills side
We build with you a profile that highlights what you can do and the conditions in which you work well.
Nothing is shared without your consent
- 3
A prepared introduction
When an opportunity fits, we prepare the company and prepare you for the interview. You meet people who know why you are there.
You approve every step
- 4
Supported onboarding
We stay present after hiring: regular check-ins with you and, if you wish, with your manager.
At one, three and six months
Invisible disabilities and neurodiversity
Skills the market reads poorly
Cognitive or psychological conditions, chronic illnesses, ADHD, autism, dyslexia… The vast majority of disabilities cannot be seen. And standard recruitment processes — formatted interviews, timed tests, vague job ads — are designed for others.
Includy was born from this field experience: supporting people with invisible disabilities in their job search. We know adjustments are rarely heavy, and that what changes everything is preparing the work environment and making tasks clear.
You do not recognise yourself in job ads "open to people with disabilities"? Neither do we. Let’s talk about what you can do.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our answers
Do I need an official recognition (RQTH) to contact you?
No. You can write to us whatever your situation. For some opportunities, and so that the company can count your hire towards its employment obligation, a recognition (RQTH or another beneficiary status) is needed: we explain the steps if you wish, and you remain free to disclose it to the employer or not.
Who sees my information?
Your Includy support worker, and nobody else without your consent. Nothing is passed on to a company until you have approved the introduction. We never collect information about the nature of your disability, and your data is hosted by OVHcloud, a European provider.
Does it cost anything?
Nothing, ever. No registration fee, no commission, no subscription. That is a line we will not cross.
I am already supported by Cap emploi or a non-profit. Can I come?
Yes, and it is even desirable. We work alongside support organisations, not instead of them. With your consent, we can talk to your adviser so that your journey stays consistent.
What kinds of roles and contracts?
Internships, apprenticeships, fixed-term and permanent contracts, secondments: it depends on partner companies, mainly SMEs and mid-caps, in all sectors. We tell you frankly if we have no opportunity matching your search.
First contact
Tell us what you are looking for
A few lines are enough. A member of the team — not a robot — replies within a week to arrange a first conversation, in the format that suits you.
