Adapted companies (EA)
Your services are deductible from client companies’ contributions. We bring you SMEs that do not know you yet.
Sheltered workshops (ESAT)
Subcontracting, services, secondments: we qualify the need before passing it on to you.
Self-employed workers with a disability (TIH)
Your assignments count towards companies’ deductions. We promote your expertise to buyers who often ignore it.

Le Marché de l’inclusion, the networks of adapted companies and sheltered workshops, Agefiph, Cap emploi, France Travail: public schemes and historical networks do essential work. Includy does not duplicate them.
Our contribution lies elsewhere: SMEs and mid-caps with no CSR buyer and no disability officer, whom nobody calls, and who discover every year a contribution they do not know how to transform. We walk them to you.

Before joining us
Is listing paid?
No. We build the partner directory with no entry fee. The business model, discussed with you, relies only on deals actually closed thanks to Includy.
Do we need to be listed on Le Marché de l’inclusion?
It is not mandatory, but we encourage it: it is the free public reference directory and we rely on it for sourcing. We can help you create your profile there.
What quality commitments?
We ask for verifiable information (status, approvals, references) and collect feedback from companies after each service. Partners who keep their commitments receive more requests.
We support people: how do we collaborate?
Support organisations are at the heart of the model: you know the people and their needs, we open prepared companies. With the person’s consent, we work in tandem with their adviser, never replacing them.
